Ingredients:
- Onion - 1 medium, sliced
- Capsicum - 1 large, sliced
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Mushroom - 200g, sliced
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
- Oregano - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Bread slices - 5 (regular or protein bread)
Method:

Heat oil in a kadhai over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn translucent. Sprinkle turmeric powder and mix well.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

Add tomatoes and capsicum. Mix everything well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. The mushrooms will release their moisture and start to shrink.

Season with salt, pepper powder and oregano. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, mixing gently. Switch off the heat.
