Our search for quick breakfast on busy days led us to
this new favourite breakfast option. Luckily, sky is the limit when it comes to
the variations in overnight oats.
So, this time, we used this flax- dates laddu as we ran out of
peanut butter and it turned out to be a hit that we had to make it again. You can check flax-dates laddu recipe here.
It’s a nutrient dense option, but the best part is it all comes together in just 15 minutes. Yay! So, if you are looking for new variations/ flavours in overnight oats, try this and you'll not regret. 😄
Ingredients-
Oats- 2.5 tbsp (15g)
Apple, grated- 1/2 of big apple (50 g)
Flaxseed dates laddu- 1 no.
Chia seeds- 1 tbsp (10 g)
Milk- 100 ml
Protein powder- 1 scoop (We used The Whole Truth Light cocoa whey protein here)

1. Mix oats, chia seeds with water and let it soak overnight.
2. Now, add grated apple and crumble the dates laddu.
3. Then, add protein powder, milk and mix well.
And, the dish is ready to be enjoyed. 😋
Note: If you don't have time to make flax-dates laddu, you can add 1 tbsp ground flax seeds and 2 small dates instead.
