If you are looking for a healthy and tasty snack, then you have to try this soyabean chaat. Many of you might have tried chana (chickpea) chaat or even matar chaat, but this soyabean chaat is a new variation we tried recently. It's a great option for evening snack and keeps you satiated till dinner.

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
Soyabean- 100 gm
Onion (chopped)- 1 medium sized
Tomato (chopped)- 1 medium sized
Mint-coriander chutney- 2 tbsp
Namkeen/ sev- 8 tbsp
Spices:
Chaat masala- ½ tsp
Black salt- ½ tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Pepper powder- a pinch
Method:
🔸Soak soyabeans for 7-8 hours. Pressure cook it.
🔸In a bowl, add boiled soyabeans, chopped onion, tomatoes, spices, chutney and mix well.
🔸Divide the bhel into 4 parts and add to a bowl.
🔸Top it with 2 tbsp sev each. And, enjoy! 😋
Notes: We have not added salt separately, as chutney and namkeen have salt. And, chaat masala and black salt have been added instead.
