Hello everyone, Sharing banana shake with a twist in it! Most of us would have tried the regular banana shake with or without the addition of nuts. But, have you tried adding garden cress seeds aka haleem ke beej / aliv (in Hindi )? If not, why not try it now! Addition of seeds make this milkshake super filling and healthy. The best part is that this milkshake does not have any added sugar and we let the natural sweetness of banana to shine :)  Serves: 2 Ingredients: Banana- 2  Milk- 400 ml  Garden cress seeds - 1 tbsp  Pumpkin seeds- 2 tbsp  Method: Soak garden cress seeds in water for 2 hours.  Roast pumpkin seeds and keep it aside. Chop banana into chunks and add it to the mixer jar. Grind it into smooth puree. Now, add some milk and pulse it once or twice to blend it well. Then, add the remaining milk and mix well. To serve, take 2 glasses and add soaked seeds. Then, pour the banana shake. Top it with roasted pumpkin seeds. It is ready to be served! Did you know?  Garden cress se

Mango chia pudding

Hello friends, How about trying some delicious yet, healthy and filling pudding for all your sweet cravings? We got you covered with fruit pudding to beat all those cravings :) It is a tradition in our home to make sweets on occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. Since we are not very fond of sweets, we denied when our mother asked which sweet to be made for our birthday. Because of certain reasons, we had to cancel our plans of going out and we were kinda disappointed about the same. We half- heartedly decided to binge watch series or some movies. Later in the afternoon, Subha came up with the idea of making this pudding as we had some mangoes in our home and we had been meaning to make it for a long time but never got around making it.
